TeamSnap Off-Season Video Series: How To Stay Motivated When The Season is Over

TeamSnap launched its first-ever Off-Season video series earlier this week to give athletes, teams, and coaches resources to stay engaged, committed, and motivated even when the season is over. The hope is that teams will schedule off-season workouts on the TeamSnap app to hold one another accountable, but also learn about strength, mobility and functional movements.

Each week, for two months, TeamSnap will drop an off-season episode which will feature a specific movement and exercise with the athlete in mind. Expect the range to be upper-body, lower-body and full-body, with modifications and more challenging versions instructed per each exercise.
