Opening up about mental health can be challenge no matter the age. In an effort to address mental health in sports and the additional hardships that have come out of the pandemic, the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) hosted a webinar about the recent findings on student-athlete mental health during COVID. The group of panelists also went over specific tools and resources to assists players, teams and their communities during these times.
