#1 Plan the details and logistics of your event

Planning, planning, planning! There is no better place to start. Tournaments require a high level of logistics and details, but we’ve got you covered. Here’s a list of items you must plan ahead of time. With the right set of planning, you’ll have a much easier time planning and putting these together for the big day. 

• Define your budget and fees

#3 Recruit the right number of volunteers and staff
